Every team member will have performance evaluations for promotion> aiming to become the next Dumpling Chef!
As a team member> you will be responsible for the daily operations of the store and providing excellent customer service. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Workplace location: 29 Brooklyn Ave> Dandenong VIC 3175
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruitment> interviewing> onboarding> exit Interview> Resignation> Termination and training processes across various platforms.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts> employee complaints> and coordinating between parties.
Manage and maintain the Human Resources system.
Assist department managers with performance evaluations and the execution of incentive programs.
Develop and maintain human resources policies to ensure compliance with labor laws.
Responsible for organizing employee team-building activities.
Job Requirements:
More than 1 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure.
Fluent in both English and Chinese.
