Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to support our Finance Team. Responsibilities include compliance tasks across a wide range of business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for the AP / AR function.
Preparing company tax and BAS statements
Co-ordinate stock takes and ensure inventory system is always up to date.
Manage import documentation> Work with customs broker on clearance of inbound deliveries. Track shipments and maintain accurate ETAs.training provided
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Background in accounting> with a strong understanding of accounting processes.
Proficient in accounting software such as MYOB and COSTARtraining provided.
Strong Excel and MS Access skills.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities.
Good time management abilities to meet deadlines effectively.
Be proactive and have problem-solving abilities.
