We are seeking an experienced Construction Site manager to support our construction team, based inBurwood VIC, This key role will manage a portfolio of home builds from site start through to the finainspection and maintenance stage.
Some key accountabilities of this role include:Coordinate and manage trades and suppliers, establish a reliable trade baseBuild strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders
Ensure correct building practices and procedures are always adhered to
Ensure quality homes are built within set time frames and budgeted guidelinesEnforce and adhere to OH S regulationsComplete inspections and appropriate paperwork
Weekly KPl reporting
WHAT YOU WILL OFFER
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:
Experience in a similar role supervising residential home builds OR residential construction experienceand a strong trade background
A thorough understanding of Australian building and WHS regulations and quality assurance systems
A white card completed the general construction induction course
A valid driver's licence
Solid project management skills, including experience in managing and developing a trade network
The ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer group and deliver excellent customerservice
Strong time management, IT and administration skillsAn eagerness to learn and be a part of a supportive team.
