任职要求 / Requirements

• Certificate III 或同等资质，具有 3年以上工作经验

• 熟悉多种焊接技术和材料 / Knowledge of welding techniques & materials

• 能操作 MIG, TIG, FCAW 等焊接方法

• 能看懂施工图纸和技术图纸 / Ability to read & interpret blueprints

• 良好的体能和耐力 / Physical stamina & strength

• 注重细节，精准操作 / Attention to detail & precision

• 良好的沟通与团队合作 / Strong teamwork & communication skills

• 优秀的问题解决能力 / Excellent problem-solving skills

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

• 能够解读施工图纸和技术图纸

• 按照要求切割、弯曲和成型金属部件

• 使用 MIG、TIG、FCAW 方法进行焊接与连接

• 检查和测试金属部件，确保符合质量标准

• 诊断问题并进行必要的修理

• 维护和保养焊接及制造设备

• 遵守安全规程和行业标准

• 记录工作流程和检验结果

• 与工程师及团队成员合作

• 确保项目要求和进度得到落实

  
  

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan work

• Cut, bend, and shape metal components as required

• Perform welding and joining using MIG, TIG, and FCAW methods

• Inspect and test welded components to ensure quality standards

• Diagnose issues and carry out necessary repairs

• Maintain welding and fabrication equipment in good condition

• Comply with safety regulations and industry standards

• Document work processes, inspections, and results

• Collaborate effectively with engineers and team members
